Return & Refunds:

We have a “DGC ( delivered in good condition) enabled return and refund policy” which entitles all our members to return the product instantly at the time of delivery only if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills. We will collect a counter signed copy of DGC (delivered in good condition) from you  as a proof that the product has been delivered to you in good and sound condition. You can sign only if you are satisfied with the condition & quality of the product. During delivery you must ask for the DGC receipt from the delivery man. If you have kept the product without signing the DGC, then it will be considered that you have received the product in good condition. Once you have signed the DGC then you are not allowed to return the product. If you have found the product in bad condition, then you can return the product writing the reason on the DGC.
